STRESS AT SCHOOL

Student like me experience stress in every area of our lives but how do we confront and manage school stress? How would you react if you had project that you couldn’t quit and each day and everyday you were found to face the stress of having to work at tasks that are too hard for you, so you often receive reprimands for not doing the task right, or for not finishing on time. Sometimes you even get bored and frustrated to work at tasks too easy for you. There are also times you find yourself placed in a group of classmates who are unprepared, incompetent or otherwise passive and parasite. Worst is your being deprived of your “break” period because you did not do your assignments and having a bunch of home works and not knowing what to do or how to do it..

If all these stresses occurred in school, of course for us student life would be extremely difficult. You would need all the encouragement you could get and ask someone’s help or if sometimes when you find the situation is hopeless you would find someway to quit.

Not one of these stresses in the school is unavoidable. Whether the task is easy or hard is still up to us. The difficulty lies because we ignore our responsibility as a student. Nevertheless, the stress for us will be easier to manage if we will learn to have self-discipline. We must learn to look at situations in different ways and have a more positive outlook on what we do. The most helpful method of dealing with stress is learning how to manage the stress that comes along with any new challenge, good or bad.

Believe that you will succeed if you keep working toward your goals.

this is a topic i can easily relate to, no effort, haha! i dont know how other people manage stress, i envy them, they are so fortunate! in my case, it is very obvious, i get pimples, i look so ugly, i cant even get sleep. if there is anyone in this world who can help me manage it, please do so, but only if its for free, paying the service may even aggravate my being stressed.

I can easily relate with this blog entry. I believe college life requires the most school activities and paper works. Making students to be stressful, but the bottom line is how to manage your time in fulfilling each task. We meet deadlines and sometimes there are a lot of factors to consider in allocating your time properly. We might even be deprived from our leisure time but if that’s the only way to be sure to pass on time, then be it. Remember it is tougher in the real world, so being able to surpass the stress college life brings gives you the credit to excel when you get there.

I can say that it is really difficult to confront the stress in the school. There are many requirements need to pass. Thesis to defend. Quizzes to answer. But those are the challenges to the students. Don’t put too much pressure to yourself because it is you who will suffer not your teacher, not your friends. Don’t put your self in a situation where nobody is prepared or every one is passive and parasite. You have your choices, its either do the task on your own or work with a group of people. I could advice you is, it is better to work on your alone because you can put your self into it and you can concentrate. You don’t have to suffer in stress if you know for your self that there’s no reason to be stress. Relax and be calm. Everything will put in proper place. Don’t pressure your self. Do your projects ahead of time. I salute you friend fro saying that it is easier to manage stress if we learn to have self-discipline.
